Lake Stevens wraps around the lake, and the side you live on shapes your daily routes to Highway 9, SR 204, and the US 2 trestle. Here is a quick lay of the land. Bill can help you compare setting, housing style, and commute for any home you are considering.
The heart of town: North Cove Park, City Hall, the farmers market, and Aquafest each summer. Expect older homes and remodels near the water, plus condos within walking distance of the lake.
The everyday shopping hub where Highway 9 meets SR 204. Established neighborhoods, condos, and townhomes with some of the quickest access to groceries, services, and Highway 9.
Largely built out in the 2000s, with newer subdivisions and a short run down to the US 2 trestle into Everett. A common pick for commuters heading toward I-5.
Newer communities mixed with larger lots and a more rural feel at the edges, with routes north on Highway 9 and east toward the foothills.
Waterfront and lake-view homes are found all around the lake. Shoreline, dock, orientation, and which side of the lake a home sits on can all affect value, so ask Bill about the specifics.
